📖 How It Works
1. When a player joins for the one random player, the raffle begins. 2. Everyone else sees a configurable one random player: 3. Players have a set time window (default one random player) to type `welcome` in chat. 4. After the timer ends, one random player is chosen as the winner. 5. The winner silently receives rewards — no broadcasts, no alerts.
