Waterless Farmland

WaterlessFarmland is a tiny, server-side Paper plugin that lets you farm anywhere without needing water sources nearby.

What it does

- Farmland reverting back to dirt when there is no water nearby. - Prevents farmland from reverting back to dirt due to dryness. - Trampling behaviour is unchanged – if players or mobs jump on farmland, it still breaks like vanilla.

This means you can build farms on rooftops, in skybases, or in aesthetic builds without having to hide water or spam waterlogged blocks. It only touches farmland behaviour and does not change villagers, mob griefing, or any other mob mechanics.

Usage

- Drop the plugin jar into your `plugins` folder and restart the server. - No commands, no permissions, no config – it just works.

Compatibility

- Server: Paper 1.21.10+ (should also work on most Paper forks). - Client: vanilla – players don’t need any mods.
