Pressing G will open the "Wait" dialog which lets you choose up to 24 hours of time you would like to skip forward.
Find a button to this dialog in the escape menu.
Bring up the menu with
/trigger wait
Skip up to 24 hours of time with
/trigger wait_function set <1-24>
Supports Minecraft versions 1.21.6-26.1.2
