MOST additional mods you can add will most likely work just fine.
The standard is NO shaders or Insanity shaders
Shaders and a few texture packs are included to customize a little to your own silly needs.
I recommend giving minecraft -XX:+UseZGC and using the java argument -XX:+UseZGC -XX:+UseZGC
