Visible Shield Cooldown
Information
When your shield is on cooldown (disabled), your shield will turn red and gradually fade back to normal. You don't need any mods for this, it works in vanilla 1.21.4 and above. Note: this only works for yourself, you cannot see other people's cooldowns
