Veinmine & Autosmelt Enchantments

Adds the Veinmine & Smelting enchantments respectively.

You do %%MD0%% need replaces or replaces installed. This replaces and combines the datapacks

Veinmine lets you mine ore-veins with a single block break if they are connected.

Smelting automatically smelts the raw ores for you to pick up. #

Both enchantments can be found in Enchantment tables, and Smelting can also be obtained through loot chests & villager trading

This datapack is a rewrite/update and fix to **Veinminer** & **Veinminer Enchantment** from **Miraculixx** and **Smelting** from **lullaby6** to make sure it works with Veinminer along with changes to the behavior for consistency

Also made sure it works with the **Enchantments Encore** datapack by **Explorer's Eden** (Range checks etc for their Crab Claw enchantment)
