Unstable SMP Recreation

Adds many mods that are similar to the ones used on the Unstable SMP (and some that just make sense to have)

Noteworthy mods: - Death Sound Mod Plays a wither spawning sound whenever a player dies - DeathKick Kicks the player from the world on death - Orbital Strike Wemmbu Adds fishing rod controlled orbital strike cannons that fire where the player is looking - StasisRods Allows multiple fishing rods to be used for multiple things and prevents logging off from resetting it - Carpet and Carpet TIS Addition Running the commands "/carpet optimizedFastEntityMovement true" and "/carpet setDefault optimizedFastEntityMovement true" allows the construction of real orbital strike cannons using redstone - Classic Farlands Adds the farlands. Not very similar to the farlands in Unstable, but the closest one I could find (I would use Forgotten Horizons because it is meant to be a recreation of the Unstable SMP farlands, but it is not available for newer versions at the time of writing this) - Hardcore Hearts A resource pack rather than a mod, but adds fake hardcore hearts just like in Unstable
