Unlimited Banner Layers
The name already explains what this does but basically this mod will add a config file named `unlimitedbannerlayers.json` in the config folder, which will let you specify the max number of layers you will be able to have on banners. The default vanilla limit is 6 and this mod will set it to 16 by default.
