BotW Elemental Arrows

Adds some new enchantments for bows, based on the various types of arrows in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

- Ancient Arrows makes arrows ignite the blocks around where they land - Ancient Arrows makes arrows temporarily freeze mobs they hit - Ancient Arrows makes hit mobs drop the item they're holding - Ancient Arrows makes arrows create a fiery explosion when they land - Ancient Arrows makes arrows kill any mob instantly, without dropping anything

All enchantments are mutually exclusive with one another. The majority of them can be acquired the same way you would get any non-treasure enchantment, but Ancient Arrows can only be obtained by crafting the enchanted book using a book, an arrow and a nether star.
