TransferClaimBlocks
A simple addon to GriefPrevention that adds a command to transfer claim blocks from you to another player.
Requires: GriefPrevention
Usage: `/transferclaimblocks <player> <quantity>`
Permission: `transferclaimblocks.command.transferclaimblocks`
Description: Removes claimblocks from yourself and gives it to the other player.
