This datapack allows to use both Tournament & Eureka! addons for VS in one modpack.
It deletes craft via wool for Eureka!'s balloon allows craft Tournament's balloon instead. Also it makes Tournament unpowered balloon & Eureka! balloons interchangeble (like vertical and horizontal gears in Create mod)
