Tools include: axes, hoes, shovels, shears, flint and steels, fishing rods, compasses, clocks, leads, carrots on a stick, warped fungus on a stick and brush. - Usage: ```/tooleffect <ClickTabToAutoCompleteTool> <ClickTabToAutoCompleteEffect> [LevelOfTheEffect]``` - Required permission to use the command: ```tooleffect.give``` - Players with op (/op nickname) have this required permission by default.
