Features:
Feathers: The Feathers each provide one effort value (EV) in a particular stat. This consumes the Feather.
Unlike vitamins, which prior to Generation VIII cannot be used if the Pokémon already has more than 100 EVs in that stat, Feathers can be used until the Pokémon had the maximum number of EVs in that stat or cannot receive any additional EVs.You can check your Pokémon’s EVs in the party menu.
