1. Install on Velocity proxy
2. Add your Twitch API credentials in twitch.yml
3. Add channels: /sav channels add twitch

**Requirements:**
- Velocity 3.3.0+
- Java 17+
- Twitch Developer credentials ([how to get them](https://dev.twitch.tv/console))
> 💡 **Note:** Unlike the premium version, the Lite edition does **not** require the [StreamAnnouncer-Bridge](https://github.com/ax3lt/StreamAnnouncer-public/releases) plugin on your backend servers. Everything runs on the Velocity proxy alone.

The premium version supports a companion **[StreamAnnouncer-Bridge](https://github.com/ax3lt/StreamAnnouncer-public/releases)** plugin on your backend Spigot/Paper servers, enabling:
- 🖥️ **Command execution from Velocity** — Give items, run reward commands when streamers go live/offline or during streaming. All messages are **HMAC-signed** for security.
- 📊 **PlaceholderAPI support** — Display live streaming status in scoreboards, tab lists, chat prefixes, and more.
> ⚠️ **The Lite version does not support the Bridge plugin.** Plugin messaging, MySQL sync, backend command execution, and PlaceholderAPI are all **premium-only** features.
