Pak's resource changes to RITA's speech informant, in Russian. For the Flight Assistant mod

The sounds have been changed :

- Land ahead!!!

- Transfer to the set!!!

- System failure!!! (If the Elytra have 30 seconds of strength left)

- Disable autopilot!!!

- Increase the speed!!!
