Spectral Arrows Glow

This datapack makes spectral arrows invisible with a glowing outline!

While this datapack does not do much on its own, it does free up the `spectral_arrow` entity as an invisible projectile to be used by datapack creators. If you summon an arrow with the correct nbt, it will be invisible, silent, and won't leave visible arrows behind when hitting blocks, entities, or players. Use advancements or enchantments to detect when the arrow lands to remove it. For example custom projectiles using this principle, take a look at my Dyed Eggs datapack.
