Spectral Arrow Recipe Substitute
Adds a crafting recipe to use Glow Berries instead of Glowstone Dust to craft Spectral Arrows.
In order to maintain balance with Vanilla, using Glow Berries to substitute Glowstone Dust has the downside of just giving 1 Arrow, instead of 2.
This crafting recipe merges in a group with the existing Spectral Arrow recipe, so it does not take up extra space in the Recipe Book.
