Sparkle!
Exactly what it says on the tin. Completely client-side with configuration for what blocks, items, and entities will emit sparkling particles. By default, it includes amethyst-like, gold-like, diamond-like, and emerald-like blocks/items, as well as end crystals, glow squids, glowstone, and spectral arrows.
