SJM have 3 built-in placeholders supported: `{player}`, `{online}` and `{time}`.
If you want to use other placeholders, you need to install PlaceholderAPI.
Format
SimpleJoinMessage use MiniMessage you can read more about the format here. PlaceholderAPI is also supported.
