SimpleVoice-Geyser

- Simple Voice Geyser is a Bukkit plugin that lets Bedrock players on Geyser servers use Simple Voice Chat, even though they can’t install client-side mods.

- It’s made for servers that want both Java and Bedrock players to be able to use proximity voice chat with no extra setup for players.

What it does

- Allows Bedrock players to connect to Simple Voice Chat - Java Players not using SVC can also join. - Works alongside GeyserMC - No mods required for Bedrock players - Simple, and lightweight to install: - Please note that port forwarding or a proxy is required to be able to access it from other networks. - see https://theodoremeyer.github.io/projects/simplevoicegeyser/installation/ - Option to restrict to only bedrock players. - Includes Geyser Cumulus forms.

Requirements

1. A Minecraft Sever: Bukkit or Fabric based server 2. GeyserMC (optional) 3. Floodgate (optional) 4. LuckPerms (optional, only for fabric) 5. Simple Voice Chat 2.6.0 or later

Notes:

- This is not a drop-in for Simple Voice Chat, it works alongside it. - ⚠️ Important: Audio is not currently encoded, as that is a work in progress. When using this project over different networks (WAN), please run behind a proxy to encrypt the connection (make the website https:// instead of http://).

Status

This project is being developed and open to feedback, issues, and contributions. It is still in its Dev stage.
