Simpler Health Indicator

This is a very simple health indicator. You can toggle it by pressing the U key by default, but you can modify it in the game settings.

Colors:

20-15: green 15-10: yellow 10-5: gold 5-0: red

If the player has under 5 hp (2.5 hearts), the mod will show the decimal values.
