Features:
/fly [<Online Player>]: Toggles flight for targetted player, if no argument is provided, toggles flight for command sender
Permissions:
simpleFlight.fly:
Allows player to do /fly without any arguments,
simpleFlight.fly.others:
Allows player to do /fly, aswell as /fly [<Online Player>]
