Shadow & SoulSilver Lugia Addon
- I wanted to add Shadow Lugia to Cobblemon, so here he is. I'm a competitive player and so I wanted a Lugia who could compete with Ho-Oh in Ubers and fit to his lore as the guardian of the seas.
- All models created by ASHISK.
- Has a 0.5 Weight in the "minecraft:warm_ocean" and "#minecraft:is_ocean" biomes.
