Sable: Weighted - Add-On Bundle

Adds full block physics weighting for the following mods (and more coming!) when using the Sable physics system: - Applied Energistics 2 - Ender.io - Create: - Bells & Whistles - Connected - Crafts & Additions - Diesel Generators - Encased - Gears n' Kinetics - Teleporters

To minimize bloat as much as possible, I've only included blocks that made sense to have custom definitions. While this technically omits the undefined blocks from having physics in a free state, said blocks adhere to the principles of which blocks would have a default weight/volume values.
