Revamped Phantoms

*Have you ever worried that the "Monster of the Night Skies" just isn't scary enough? Worry no more!*

Phantoms are modified to become much more dangerous. Changes include:

* Phantoms will carry off their prey, and then drop them from a height. * Phantoms will target livestock and villagers in addition to players (though cats still scare them away, and putting your pets on a lead will keep them safe). * Phantoms can stun their prey with their terrifying call, making it much harder for the player to attack them. * Phantoms are better at pursuing flying players. * Phantoms will rarely spawn even on nights when the player is well rested.
