Restore Chat Links
Process in game chat for web links to be made clickable
Chat type includes - Game message - Player chat message - Player direct message - Non-player announcement (such as command block `/say`)
Note: Tested with no chat modification. Mods/Plugins that alter chat messages may affect its correctness.
Important: 1.19.3+ versions highly recommends Fabric API to be installed.
in Fabric is required to modify configuration in Fabric. Defaults will be used when it is not available.

Therefore, the web link style is configurable and it's located in `./config/restorechatlinks-client.toml`
