Responsive Shield
If you've ever raised your shield to block a skeleton arrow, seen the shield go up on your screen, but still taken damage anyway... this is why. Vanilla Minecraft has a hardcoded 5-tick (about 0.25 seconds) delay between right-clicking and the shield actually working. This mod just deletes that delay. Your shield blocks instantly the exact millisecond you use it.
