Features

Commands
- `/report <player> <reason>` - File a report against a player. - `/reports` - Open the reports management GUI. - `/reports reload` - Reload the plugin configuration.
Permissions
- `reports.use` - Allows players to use the report command (default: true). - `reports.check` - Allows staff to view and manage reports (default: op). - `reports.reload` - Allows reloading the config (default: op).
Requirements
