Renewable Breeze Rods
This datapack adds a feature that makes it so when a breeze takes damage, it has a 50% change of dropping a breeze rod. This makes it so breeze rods are renewable wherever and whenever, without having to be at a trial chamber or wait for the 30-minute trial spawner cooldown.
