An open-source plugin allowing players to use leashes on each other. Includes tying to fences.
When a leashed player disconnects, they get 20 HP damage. Players tied to fences cannot unleash themselves or each other except if they use shears.
> Currently there are no configs or commands, but they will probably get added later.
