Unfortunately, not yet it only supports 1.21+ you can help me contribute to this plugin on Github since I'm a fairly new to Minecraft Plugin Development

- Able to Enable or Disable the Plugin - Able to Adjust the chances of the Broken and Enchanted items to apear - Able to Adjust the messages to your liking - Able to Enable or Disable the effect for armors, tools, bows crossbows, shields - Able to Change Enchantments of any item - Able to blacklist items from being effected - Able to edit the durability percentage
