RandomControl - Enable RNG Manipulation on Paper servers
Lets you manipulate RNG on Paper (and forks). No config, straightforward plugin.
Designed for use and tested with Earthcomputer's enchantment manipulator. However, should work with anything else abusing entity RNG.
Does not currently work with fishing manipulation (`/cfish`)
