Psi Costs
Ever think that PSI mod is just a little too strong?
Psi-costs nerfs it by requiring you to have a charged PSI cell on you to regenerate PSI energy.
Like the mod this is based off, you can use XP to slowly charge your PSI bar, or you can use one of the PSI Cells.
Currently there's only a single recipe for charging PSI cells, using the Ars Nouveau imbuer.
