[MTR/NTE] PolyCity - Decorative objects

The pack adds several scripted objects in wavefront format, some of them have scripts, others are static.

Eye-candies: * Billboard - has randomized advertising. You can add new advertisements by changing script * Bus stop - a modern bus stop that also has randomized advertising * Escalators - old metropolitan escalator with animated stairs. Has no collision, just a decoration * Street stand - closes when night falls * Trash bins - regular trash bins

Custom fences: The resource pack contains several replacements for MTR rails in the form of a fence: * Blank gray Russian Railways fence * Fence with barbed wire
