Using Pause Chat
Commands
`pausechat`
- Usage: `/pausechat` - Permission: `pausechat.manage.state`
Toggle chat pause.
`pausebypass`
- Usage: `pausebypass < add <player> | remove <player> | list >` - Permission: `pausechat.manange.bypass`
Manages which players can bypass paused chat. Players with the `pausechat.bypass` permission will always bypass.
