Outlined Concrete
Adds an outline to all concrete blocks to make it more distinguishable. I haven't seen any resource packs like this yet, so here we are! Makes each individual concrete blocks easier to see. Black concrete may be updated in the future. Says 1.21.8 but works in 1.21.9
