NoUnicode
A simple Minecraft plugin that blocks players from using Unicode characters, emojis, and special symbols in chat. Only allows standard keyboard characters (A-Z, 0-9, and basic symbols).
What it does:
- Blocks Unicode characters and emojis in chat messages - Shows players which characters were blocked - Allows server admins to customize which characters are allowed - Bypass permission for staff members
How it works:
- Players without bypass permission can only use characters from `allowed-characters.txt` - Blocked messages show helpful error messages - Admins can reload settings with `/nounicode reload`
Perfect for:
- Preventing emoji/Unicode spam - Keeping chat clean and readable - Servers that want English-only chat
