Changes bat spawn rules, enabling them to spawn on the surface at night: - Bats can now spawn at any altitude, including above ground. - Sky-light no longer prevents bat spawn. - Sky-light is less effective at preventing bat spawn than block-light. - Added all common surface blocks to `#bats_spawnable_on`.
Note
Although v1.1 is backward compatible with older version, it requires Java 21. Use v1.0 for compatibility with Java 17. Beside their compatibility range, they are functionally identical.
