About
No Sleep is a Minecraft data pack that does just that - it lets you tell everyone on your server not to sleep when you ask them not to.

Usage
To trigger no sleeping, run `/trigger no_sleep`. Whenever someone then tries to sleep, they will get a notification that you requested to not sleep. Your request will be cleared after 1 Minecraft day (24000 ticks, ~20 minutes), and you'll have to trigger it again.
