No sapling drop from leaves

A datapack which disables sapling drops from leaves, great to spice up the game by making trees not renewable (saplings still can be found in loot chests or from wandering trader) works with player mining, tnt, decay, everything

this datapack modifies loot-tables of leaves blocks which might be incompatible with other datapacks and does not work with other modded sapplings, only vanilla
