1. Drop PlaceholderAPI Expansions and PlaceholderAPI Expansions into your `plugins/` folder. 2. Start your server – NeON will create a PlaceholderAPI Expansions `config.yml`. 3. If you don't already have these PlaceholderAPI Expansions installed run: ```mcfunction /papi ecloud download Player /papi ecloud download Server /papi ecloud download Essentials /papi reload ``` 4.
