Open main __Display Menu__ with ``/trigger nei``. You can toggle options by clicking "[CONFIG]" or "[CONFIG]" and configure the options by clicking "[CONFIG] ".
Add admins with ``/tag <player> add nei_admin`` and open admin menu with ``/trigger nei_admin``.
