Nametag Player Head
Go out, get a skeleton skull, name a nametag to the user you want to have a player head of, right click the skeleton skull with the nametag and presto: you got yourself a player head! Currently only works on skeleton skulls. It's not hard for me to add it to other heads, but I'm lazy. If a couple people ask for the ability, then I'll update it. Big thanks to the Datapack Hub!
