Minecraft Server plugin for world specific chat utilities

No other customization will be added, I just use this plugin for myself and thought others might appreciate the chat style.

Color of the world depends on the environment. `_nether` and `_the_end` gets cut off of the world name and it gets capitalized. That means that when a player in `world_nether` types a message it will become a red `World` followed by the username and message.

Example with `world`, `world_nether` and `world_the_end`:
