Morrowind SFX Overhaul

While I've never once completed a run of TES III: Morrowind, it's a nostalgic game for me because my dad played it when I was a kid. With that, I thought it'd be cool to import sounds from that game into Minecraft. This project is not complete, but hopefully will be someday.

So far, it replaces a metric ton of sounds (mostly for mobs) across various categories, including but not limited to:

- Attacks - Certain items - Weather - Certain blocks - Cave sounds - Water - Lava - UI - Mobs, such as... - - Zombies - - Blazes - - Bogged - - Strays - - Skeletons - - Creaking - - Drowned - - Phantoms - - Breezes - - Villagers - - Pillagers
