Moon Phase Clock

Introduction It has always been a dream of mine to create an item that shows you the moon phase since there is no easy way to do so in Vanilla. To my surprise, while playing around with the newly added item model types, I noticed there was a moon phase property which basically allows you to have specific item textures based on what moon phase it currently is in the game. So guess what I did - I made an item that shows you the moon phase (when you sneak, another amazing property that came with 1.21.4)!

Modified features When sneaking, clocks show the current moon phase instead of the current daytime
