Ever miss the old Classic/Beta texture of Sponges?

I have. In fact, that's how I spend most of my days.

But going back to that old texture, it's a jarring contrast from the new Minecraft art style. Maybe even a little bit too jarring, at least for me.

So, as a result of my nostalgia, as well as my love for the current style, I decided to combine the two designs into one. The ultimate Sponge, returned to its former glory of looking like a block of cheese, but with new-age Minecraft's iconic, stylish colors and shading techniques.
