MiniHUD Moon Translation Fix

English --- This Resource Pack does one simple thing: Fix an issue where the ```Format error:``` message appeared when using the ```{MOON}``` placeholder in the ```dateFormatMinecraft``` option of MiniHUD in the Simplified Chinese translation.
