A resourcepack I made for a project that went nowhere, so don't expect anything groundbreaking. It's unfinished, with little probability of an update, but heres what I had done when the thing that this was made for got scraped.
Minetale overhauls minecraft's look to resemble the world of Undertale & Deltarune.
Most biomes have been & some structures now resemble areas from undertale. (Or at the very least, match it's art style.)
It even adds a Gaster skin to From the Fog.
To use the skin, select 'Custom 1' from From the Fog's config
