* Everybody hates baby zombies, they deal too much damage, run way too fast and are impossible to hit, so I simply removed them, if that's the way you'd prefer to play. No config options at this time, simply install the mod and no baby zombies will spawn.
* A future version that includes config options as well as the ability to disable other babies like piglins is being considered.
